Carlito Jocson


Carlito Jocson is a Corporate Executive Chef and Vice President of the Yard House Restaurants, who has sliced, diced, sautéed and seared his way across many respected establishments in Southern California. At the tender age of 19, he was named Best New Chef of Orange County, and continues to be ranked among the Top 1000 Chefs in America.
As a young adolescent, he developed a passion for cooking while assisting his mother with the family business.  Many of Mr. Jocson’s signature dishes favor ingredients reflective of his heritage and often result in a hybrid of innovative fare.
